German Pancakes
Here’s the recipe that I made, but I’m sure everyone has fabulous recipes for German pancakes 😉

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
​
Mix the below ingredients with a mixer until smooth
6 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or a stone/non-stick pan), heat 2 tablespoons melted butter over high heat until foamy. Add (all) the batter and immediately put the skillet in the oven. Bake until the pancake is golden brown in color and puffed up, about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, add the strawberries in the center of the German pancake and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup or buttermilk syrup, and melted butter
